Governance & Finance Bank Mandate - No Further Progress - Ellan is looking into it . Finance - COVID-19 Grant has been successful and will provide us with a safety net Discussions with Northern Group ongoing about rent/electricity and when the building can re-open

Membership Discussion on the drop off in membership and the impact this could have on the space financially. Board agreed to do a members update session and a Q/A sessions for members with a follow up board call to discuss the session and test the software
